Lianne Carbone

Lianne Carbone, owner

Owner/MA Hearing Instrument Specialist #192

Lianne Carbone is the owner of Simply Hearing. Lianne began her career in social work and earned her BSW at Eastern Nazarene College. She quickly decided to go into business and started a sales career in the Ocean Cargo Industry which brought her to Falmouth, MA. For a while, Lianne travelled off cape for business, but decided to stay close to home and her three kids (who are now grown and have all graduated from Falmouth High School). Lianne then worked at Head Start and became a foster parent. In 2004, Lianne became involved with the hearing instrument business. This was a perfect fit for her as she enjoys the warmth of people, running a business, problem solving, and being local. In 2005, Lianne received her MA Hearing Instrument Specialist license. In 2010, Lianne purchased the existing Falmouth office of Harborside Hearing and turned it into Simply Hearing. Lianne loves the town of Falmouth and being part of the business and social community.

Jessica Soccio Au.D.

Jessica Soccio, Au.D.

Doctor of Audiology #1108

Dr. Jessica Soccio is from Cranston, RI. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2016, and her Bachelors of Science from the University of Rhode Island in 2012. Dr. Soccio and Lianne were brought together by a mutual source in the hearing industry, knowing they would make a great team. Dr. Soccio began working at Simply Hearing in September 2016. The satisfaction that comes from working with people and the desire to help improve the lives of others is why Dr. Soccio loves being an audiologist. She finds it extremely gratifying to facilitate the journey of improved hearing and balance for people. After completing several internships in different clinical settings, Dr. Soccio knew private practice was the best environment for her. Dr. Soccio says, “The ability to build strong connections with patients can only be achieved in a private practice, and Simply Hearing is the perfect setting. Living by the beach is just icing on the cake.”

Stephanie Henry

Stephanie Henry, Receptionist

Receptionist/Care Coordinator

Stephanie has lived in Falmouth for the majority of her life. She has been married for 25 years and has two grown children. She keeps busy by being a town meeting member, volunteering for Birthright, and is active in her church. After working in the public school kitchen for 8 years while her children were going to school, Stephanie had the opportunity to return to the work she loves, customer service and administration. When you walk in for your appointments, you’ll see Stephanie at the door. When you call, she’ll answer and get you what you need in the most pleasant way possible.
